The Law Of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is an integral part of my own journey and something that I am very passionate about. I first came across The Law of Attraction on a video about Jim Carrey of all places! The way he describes his experiences really struck a chord with me and by the end of the clip I was hooked and excited to find out as much as I could.
There is a huge amount of information available on the internet about how The Law of Attraction works. Basically, this law states that whatever we focus on is always returned back to us by the universe. Our thoughts and emotions emit a vibration, or an energy, that attracts good, bad or indifferent experiences into our lives. The laws of quantum physics have proved beyond doubt that our physical world is made up of energy, and our thoughts vibrate at a particular frequency and attract other elements, including other thoughts, that vibrate at the same frequency. For example, if we are emitting a low energy vibration with angry thoughts, we will attract other angry thoughts, angry people, or more experiences that make us angry. Have you ever felt like you got out of bed on the wrong side, and then everything in your day seemed to go wrong? You stub your toe, spill milk down your trousers, miss the bus, and generally feel more and more out of sorts. Things will only change when you find a way to change your thoughts.
Another example is constantly thinking we don’t have enough money. We spend our time worrying about our bills, the things we can’t afford, how much debt we’re in, and by the universal law of attraction, we must attract more of the same. We attract a lack of money. If we tell ourselves we will never meet the right partner, we will always attract people that aren’t right for us. However, it isn’t just about wishing really hard for something and hoping it comes true?” The law of attraction is very simple, it is not always easy to use. There are really three main components to the law of attraction: Ask, believe and receive. The first component is something that we all do all day, every day, but not always in an effective way. We are constantly thinking about what we want. However, as I mentioned earlier, if we are thinking about it in a negative way, in other words thinking about the lack of it, it will not manifest. If we can somehow change our mindset and begin to feel good about what we want even if we don’t have it, we will manifest it into our life. Obviously, this is easier said than done. If we don’t have enough money, how can we feel good about money? If we don’t have love, how can we feel good about love? Many of the resources on my website are designed to help us achieve this.
The second component is to believe; we need to believe what we want will manifest. This is probably the most challenging step in the process as we are programmed to believe that we have to work hard for the things we want. We establish limiting beliefs at an early age that get in the way of this step. For example, if you believe that money is the root of all evil, you will never manifest a lot of money into your life. You can go to my blog about limiting beliefs to find out more, and you can download my limiting beliefs hypnosis session to eliminate your own negative beliefs once and for all. The last part of the process is to receive, and this is really the job of the universe. Once you ask and believe, the rest will happen automatically. It is the law that the things you ask for and believe in will manifest.
