Put aside an hour every Monday evening for yourself. I am running an online
wellness class from 7pm - 7.45pm every week to help you de-stress and re-charge.
Looking after your mental health is so important, so rather than waiting until
things get too much, let’s be pro-active and give yourself the time you deserve.
Remember, you can’t pour from an empty vessel.
The classes will use a combination of hypnosis, meditation, mindfulness and
EFT with a focus on relaxation and inner peace.
