CASE STUDY 1
Lisa is an excellent therapist with a warm and empathic approach, and a genuine understanding of client needs. Over years she
has treated me for insomnia using hypnotherapy. More recently, she has been helping me with generalised anxiety using a

I’ve listened to tape two of the anxiety course and practised the EFT techniques. Wow! I found the EFT to be very powerful, in that.
you sense something is shifting, and you get a real sense of the release of negative emotions. Very often the causes of anxiety
may be deep-seated (they are in my case), linked to deeply buried emotions and low self-esteem. To have carried
this burden for years and then to have it brought to the surface in the form of simple tapping on key meridian points, felt very
liberating. The first time I tried EFT I found I couldn’t get to sleep - as my body and mind felt really alert, as if I was buzzing! The
second time I felt much calmer and slept like a baby.
You have to be prepared to ‘work’ during the sessions with what seems like endless rounds of tapping, but Lisa is there to guide you
